Terms of Use
Your use of Dilly&Dally is governed by Apple’s
Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). A few notes in plain language
are below, but the Apple EULA is the binding agreement.
The license
Dilly&Dally is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of the Licensed Application End User License Agreement provided by Apple. You can read it in full here: Apple’s Standard EULA.
What you can expect
- Dilly&Dally is provided as is, as a personal companion for keeping track of your wardrobe.
- Your closet data lives on your device. Please keep your own backups if it matters to you. See the Privacy Policy for how data is stored.
- Optional purchases inside the app are cosmetic. They are processed by Apple, and there are no subscriptions.
What we ask of you
- Use the app for its intended, personal purpose.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the app beyond what the Apple EULA and applicable law allow.
Purchases and refunds
All purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests are managed by Apple under its standard policies. We cannot process payments or refunds directly.
Changes
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date.
